In these times of uncertainty we wanted to keep you abreast of our policies and procedures in response to the coronavirus outbreak. We are fortunate in that the majority of our work takes place outdoors and we have no need to come in direct contact with our clients and their families. This is allowing us to continue working and allowing our staff, many of whom are primary earners to continue to support their families.
That said all our staff have paid time off available and at the first sign of infection will cease work. We are conducting daily wellness checks with our staff.
We have halted all in company meetings of more than 3 people and are utilizing virtual meetings and social distancing.
We have instituted cleaning and disinfecting policies for vehicles and equipment. Staff have been instructed on safety and hygiene precautions and social distancing.
Pacifica was founded with the aim of creating secure employment that provides employees the ability to secure their and their family’s future. We have been leaders in our industry in that regard. We are adapting to the changes wrought by this epidemic and our focus remains the health and welfare of our clients and employees.
